Remember how your mom taught you to always say thank you when someone gave you something? Well, that’s what the thinking was behind the first work we just completed for our new client, Charter Communications. Our assignment was to promote and increase membership for “Live it with Charter” a rewards program that offers members points everyone month that can be redeemed for great gifts.
We figured that even though Charter is one of the country’s premier broadband companies, they aren’t too big to remember to say thank you to their customers. So in the spot, we created a thank you note that literally unfolds by using a unique combination of tabletop and stop action photography to showcase some of the terrific gifts. It’s a simple and direct way to express Charter’s appreciation for their customers.
