HOW WE FEED THE CONNECTION | OUR SERVICES

StrategyFeeding the connection between brands and people begins with insight. Our role is to uncover, interpret and sharply articulate insights into a simple, demonstrable point of difference. So brands not only form a deeper connection with their audience, but they also protect the building blocks of brand advocacy, such as relevancy and consistency.

Creativedepartment head department headFeeding the connection between brands and people requires turning insight into an experience people can feel. Websites. Online content. Design. Advertising. Guerrilla tactics. Every CCF project is created for emotional impact. One way we accomplish this is by involving the entire team. Rather then a creative team chasing the “big idea,” the entire team joins together to develop the “big connection.”

InteractiveKathy SchlechtFeeding the connection between brands and people turns interactive technology into a real time connection platform. Through this, brands are not only able to connect in new ways, but they are able to uncover new insights for feeding future connections. These insights often impact far beyond the scope of interactive projects.

Brand DevelopmentRob RankinFeeding the connection means sweating the details on a day-to-day basis. So we have built our staff accordingly. We have no entry-level or junior brand development staff. That means that the day-to-day manager on all of our brands is a seasoned businessperson with significant marketing experience.

MediaDiane EthierFeeding the connection expands the role of media as a creative partner, not merely a strategic one. Rather than passively supporting creative, CCF media is integrated within the creative process. The result is connection based media planning that adds a sharper focus on media selection and uncovers new ways to connect in today’s expanding and evolving media landscape.
