Digital Marketing and Business Development Project Coordinator


Job Description

An energetic, positive person that will help maintain a high-level presence of our brand in web communities and support our business development marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and post website content such as press releases, new campaigns, videos, and other digital assets.
  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of site’s content.
  • Manage the agency’s presence in social media such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Manage agency SEO campaign including keyword research, link building, analytics, content and copy suggestions.
  • Ensure that agency PR efforts are sustained on a daily basis.
  • Conduct research on new business prospects.
  • Develop the ability to manage the new business pitch process and create responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4 year degree (advertising, marketing, pr or related)
  • 2 – 5 years of agency experience with a minimum of 2 years digital experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong e-marketing experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • Positive, optimistic attitude
