Our work with ClearWay Minnesota and the youth tobacco initiative for Minnesota Department of Health, Target Market, have given us the ability to understand tobacco control best practices more deeply, and with more dimension, than almost anyone.</p>

<p>Clarity Coverdale Fury is exploring new connections to energize smoking cessation for longtime client ClearWay Minnesota. This approach centers on an event called The QuitCash Challenge, which gives smokers a chance to win $5,000 if they quit smoking for the month of October. The result makes quitting smoking into a group activity—complete with prizes, Facebook community building and online video content that CCF admits is &#8220;a little strange.&#8221;</p>
<p>One tactic that CCF is using to encourage participants of The QuitCash Challenge is a Facebook video series of &#8220;Talking Motivational Posters.&#8221; Each video highlights what it takes to quit smoking (determination, focus, strategy, etc.), but done &#8220;appropriately unseriously&#8221;—featuring everything from a talking, eagle-riding terrier to a group of singing Easter Island statues.</p>

<p>We recently completed a new campaign that told the story of two major healthcare providers—Altru Health System and the Mayo Clinic—coming together to form a new working relationship. This is great news for the people in Altru’s service region because now they can get the finest medical care on the planet without leaving home. The multi-faceted campaign included teaser ads in outdoor, newspaper and online along with a full-page newspaper ad. We also created three 30-sec TV spots that in dramatic fashion demonstrated why things are better when Altru and the Mayo Clinic are working together.</p>

<p>Altru Health System recently became the first hospital in the country to start working with the Mayo Clinic’s new healthcare provider model—the Mayo Clinic Care Network.</p>
<p>This new relationship is very significant because with Altru and the Mayo Clinic working together, people who live in Altru’s service area don’t have to leave home to get the best medical care on the planet. To tell the story, we started with teaser ads in outdoor, newspaper and online that featured the word “we” in a sea of white space. When the campaign launched, there was a full-page manifesto ad that explained the benefits of the new relationship along with three 30-sec mini-dramas that demonstrated why things get better when Altru and the Mayo Clinic are working together. There is no music or voiceover in the spots, which gives them a very voyeuristic quality.</p>

<p>In the new TV spot, entitles “Dreams,” a thirty-something-couple hover between their current reality and their hopes for the future. The TV spot seeks to connect with the family CFO, a.k.a. “Mom.” The proposition is simple: there’s more to dreams than just dreaming about them.</p>
<p>Our new branding efforts seek to “introduce” the seventy-three year-old brand, and let people know that Wings Financial is now open to everyone in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.</p>
